Sacred Illusion is an independent publication exploring consciousness, sacred places, ancient wisdom and spiritual practice.

This page explains the basic terms that apply to commercial links, purchases and use of the site.

Affiliate links and recommendations

Sacred Illusion may use affiliate links to books, maps, equipment, services or other resources.

If you follow an affiliate link and make a purchase, Sacred Illusion may receive a small commission from the retailer or provider. There is normally no additional cost to you.

Recommendations are chosen because they are relevant to the subject being discussed, not because a commission is available.

Purchases from third parties

When you buy a book, product or service through an external retailer or provider, the purchase is made directly from that third party.

Their delivery, cancellation, returns and refund policies therefore apply to that transaction.

Sacred Illusion cannot normally process refunds for purchases made from external retailers.

Sacred Illusion is developing its own books, maps, guides and other resources.

Where products are sold directly by Sacred Illusion, the applicable price, delivery arrangements, cancellation terms and refund conditions will be stated clearly at the point of purchase.

Nothing on this page affects any statutory consumer rights that apply to a purchase.

Readers can currently subscribe to Sacred Illusion and receive publication emails without paying for a membership.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the message.

If paid subscriptions or additional membership products are introduced in future, their terms will be explained before anyone is asked to purchase them.

Advertising

Sacred Illusion may display advertising or work with commercial partners.

Advertising does not determine editorial conclusions, and sponsored or commercially influenced material will be identified where appropriate.

Sacred Illusion uses services required to operate and understand the website.
