10–12 minutes, can be read aloud or recorded in your voice on voice notes. My favorite is to potentially get ChatGPT to record and play with music but whatever you feel comfortable with. Sometimes low tech reading aloud is best and resonates at a deeper level

Begin: Grounding
Sit or lie down in a quiet space.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose…
…and release through your mouth.

Again.
Inhale — feel your belly rise.
Exhale — let go of tension, story, noise.

Let your body soften.
Let the room fade.
Let time slow.

You are in the now — the only portal that matters.

Drop In: Accessing the Field
Visualise yourself floating in a vast space — soft, infinite, warm.
There’s no floor. No ceiling. Just light. Just potential.

This is the field of possibility.
Here, everything that can be, already is.

You notice soft strands of light moving around you — threads of timelines.
Some familiar. Some mysterious.
Each one leads to a version of you living a different experience.

You reach out — and gently touch the strand that calls you.

It pulses in response.

Connect: Meeting Your Future Self
Follow the strand of light. Let it guide you.

Ahead, you see a figure approaching — radiant, grounded, familiar.
This is the version of you who already has what you’re calling in.

They live in the timeline where:

  • The decision has already been made
  • The healing already happened
  • The outcome already landed

Observe them.

What are they wearing?
How do they stand?
What energy surrounds them?

Now, step closer.
Ask silently or aloud:

“What do you know that I’ve forgotten?”
“What do I need to believe to become you?”
“What one choice would bring me into alignment?”

Now, take their hand. Look into their eyes. And let them step into you — gently, fully, completely.

Tips for Use

  • Repeat the meditation for 7 consecutive days when jumping to a major new timeline
  • Record your experience in a journal immediately after each session
  • Use a token (jewellery, stone, perfume) to anchor your new self into your environment
  • Play music that feels like the frequency of your future self
  • Pair this meditation with a real-world action (email, offer, request, post, movement)
